Our Compliance & Certifications

Licences Held by Kinjal Chemicals

Kinjal Chemicals possesses an M-III (M-3) Licence issued by the Gujarat Prohibition & Excise Department, which is the mandatory authorization required for the possession, storage, purchase, and sale of molasses. This licence permits the company to legally store, possess, and trade molasses in accordance with the applicable excise regulations.
In addition, the company holds DS-I, DS-VI, and RS-VI licences for activities relating to rectified spirit and denatured spirit, enabling it to undertake denaturation, wholesale handling of ordinary denatured spirit, and retail sale of rectified spirit, respectively.

Scope of the Licences

Licence Authorized Activities
M-III (M-3) Possession, storage, purchase, and sale of molasses.
DS-I Denaturation of rectified spirit/absolute alcohol under bond and sale of denatured spirit from the warehouse.
DS-VI Wholesale handling and distribution of ordinary denatured spirit.
RS-VI Retail sale of rectified spirit, including absolute alcohol.
These licences authorize Kinjal Chemicals to lawfully procure, store, process, distribute, and sell molasses, rectified spirit, and denatured spirit in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Gujarat Prohibition and Excise laws.
